Qualifications
Minimum
8+ years of experience with data science, machine learning (ML), deep learning, or AI, including leading end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of complex AI programs
Experience developing and maintaining AI/ML roadmaps, performing Analysis of Alternatives, and making defensible technical tradeoff decisions
Experience managing a portfolio of AI initiatives across varying maturity levels and advising Director- and Executive-level leadership on CTO-aligned strategy
Experience designing, building, and deploying advanced AI systems including Generative AI, AI Agents, LLMs, Reinforcement Learning, and computer vision models
Experience building and scaling secure, compliant MLOps and CI/CD pipelines and deploying solutions into highly regulated environments
Experience transforming technical R&D outputs into enterprise-grade, governed, and security-aligned offerings that integrate with business workflows
Ability to apply cloud and engineering expertise across AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm, Linux, and AI services, such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, Bedrock, or Gemini
Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly, providing actionable insights to senior leaders and operational stakeholders while remaining hands-on for rapid prototyping and demos
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a CS, Engineering, or Data Science field
Preferred
Experience with Edge deployments and optimization strategies, including quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation
Experience with MLOps for production and ML workloads
Experience working with cybersecurity teams to develop and review technical documentation and security control implementation required to achieve and maintain ATO
