As an AI Security Analyst on our team, you will establish security requirements and assessment procedures to evaluate AI systems. You will help drive requirements to ensure AI is properly developed, tested, and deployed with the necessary safeguards. You’ll monitor AI assets and identify security gaps through the eyes of an adversary. In this role, you will collaborate with key cybersecurity stakeholders and leadership to enable deployments of secure AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
Establish security requirements and assessment procedures to evaluate AI systems
Help drive requirements to ensure AI is properly developed, tested, and deployed with the necessary safeguards
Monitor AI assets and identify security gaps through the eyes of an adversary
Collaborate with key cybersecurity stakeholders and leadership to enable deployments of secure AI capabilities
Qualifications
Minimum
11+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or data science
5+ years of experience developing or testing AI systems
Ability to establish testing frameworks for manual or automated evaluation of AI systems
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED
Preferred
Experience with AI testing tools or platforms
Knowledge of the ML or AI data pipeline and how models are trained
Knowledge of NIST Risk Management Framework 800-53 security controls
Ability to present briefings to senior leadership
Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Development, or IT
