From creating user flows and wireframes to building mockups and prototypes, you will envision and bring product experiences to life with an inspired, refined, and magical feel. You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, leveraging user insights to create industry-leading products. As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products. In this role, you will help the team build Gemini-powered agents that make workplace software feel intentional.
Responsibilities
Lead the design of new AI-driven concepts that transform how people create, code, and share information.
Transform AI agent workflows into intuitive experiences.
Own the design process from strategic ideation to high-fidelity execution.
Build conceptual models and prototypes to test AI-driven ideas and iterate based on user research.
Partner with cross-functional teams to solve problems and define the future of how people and AI work together.
Qualifications
Minimum
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in product design or UX.
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred
Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in product design or UX.
7 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
6 years of experience leading design projects.
5 years of experience working with executive leaders.
