Responsibilities
Design and lead a multi-year roadmap, balancing short and long-term goals and investments to scale globally.
Own cross-functional product development process from ideation through development and commercial launch, collaborating with multiple internal, executive, and external teams to ensure coordination throughout product development, fostering and facilitating timely decision-making, driving product and delivering success.
Engage regularly as a trusted advisor with customers to understand their communication strategies, pain points and priorities to inform product strategy, while providing transparency into roadmaps and managing expectations.
Partner closely Engineering, UX, and other internal Google teams to drive product and delivery success.
Analyze industry trends to drive innovation while having a heavy focus on AI Evals to design the best product.
Qualifications
Minimum
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
Preferred
Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
Experience creating product roadmap(s) from conception to launch, driving the product goal, defining the GTM strategy, and leading design.
