As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes and driving the technical directions of your programs. As a Technical Program Manager, you will possess exceptional problem-solving skills to lead the charge in delivering Drive’s Generative AI products to enterprise and consumers. You will guide the organizational complexities with ease. You will navigate the ever-changing landscape of Generative AI, which requires frequent planning and product roadmap iterations.

Drive the end-to-end life-cycle of Google Drive GenAI projects by gathering technical requirements, assessing risks, and managing milestones.

Prioritize features alongside product and engineering teams, leveraging a deep understanding of algorithms and GenAI strategy to lead technical discussions and pseudo-coding initiatives.

Partner with engineering and product management to define drive-specific requirements, dependencies, and resource schedules.

Identify technical bottlenecks, implement risk mitigations, and resolve complex issues to ensure the successful delivery of high-demand Google Drive directives.

Exercise independent judgment to develop program recommendations that translate into actionable plans.

Implement process improvements by identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements to help the team scale.

Demonstrate technical knowledge and thought leadership in algorithms and GenAI strategy to enhance project efficiency and distill complex technical concepts into actionable steps for engineers and leadership.
