Responsibilities
Design and develop AI features for the platform’s camera effect platform.
Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and upgrade software services and systems.
Build SDK to house AI technologies and high-performance graphics rendering engine.
Gather user requirements and write code in various programming languages.
Participate in full software development life cycle from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment.
Implement software architecture and frameworks for camera and effect processing pipelines.
Develop operational tools to automate general operation process.
Document and maintain software functionality.
Collaborate with product managers to design and implement new application features.
Mentor junior software engineers and interns.
Qualifications
Minimum
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
1. Designing and implementing User Interfaces and scripts to automate common flows using HTML, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby;
2. Maintaining and debugging software services;
3. Working across all phases of the software development lifecycle for the design, development, testing, and implementation of Linux systems software using C, C++, data structures, or algorithms;
4. Designing and managing databases to support online services using MySQL or Redis; and
5. Using Unix or Linux operating system.
