Our Global E-commerce Governance and Experience (GNE) team ensures that TikTok’s marketplace remains safe and trustworthy for users, sellers, and creators. As a Listing Governance Program Manager Graduate in the Listing Governance team, you will contribute to the creation and execution of policies and systems that safeguard the platform’s quality and sustainability. It will offer you hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global e-commerce environment, empowering you to drive impact while working alongside experts in the field.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with SMEs to design, test, and refine prompts for AI models used in compliance decision-making.

- Evaluate AI output quality against defined accuracy metrics

- Maintain a prompt library with version history, performance benchmarks, and optimization notes.

- Identify prompt overkill/leakage issues and suggest refinements to improve efficiency.

- Support the classification and verification of products for compliance programs (Prohibited products, DG, EPA, PDP, Recalls).

- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and misclassifications in compliance workflows.

- Perform sample audits to validate AI classifications against regulatory guidelines.

- Document and escalate gaps to SMEs and Program Managers.

- Clean, prepare, and annotate datasets for AI model training and validation.

- Use Excel, SQL, or other tools to create performance dashboards for compliance model accuracy.

- Summarize weekly progress and key findings for leadership review.

Qualifications

Minimum

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Compliance, or related field.

2. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and natural language processing.

3. Proficient in communication and skilled at coordinating multiple collaborating parties.

Preferred

1. Experience in E-commerce
