Responsibilities

- Responsible for applying text, image, or video generation models in advertising scenarios, owning both model performance metrics and related business KPIs.

- Lead the design and implementation of AIGC-related products and industry solutions, including but not limited to derivation strategies, delivery strategy adaptation, and frontend interaction design. Develop general and customized products, and deliver them via ad platforms, APIs, and other channels.

- Participate in the design and development of innovative AIGC commercialization products, manage requirement tracking and launch readiness, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution.

- Analyze and validate data related to ad performance using AIGC products to improve product development efficiency and advertiser experience.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, drive innovation, and ensure model capabilities remain industry-leading.

Qualifications

Minimum

- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in STEM or related fields.

- Prior internship experience in advertising or AIGC-related roles is a plus; strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to handle data effectively.

- Experience with overseas projects is preferred; Strong communication skills and comfortable communicating externally in a professional setting.

- Strong self-motivation, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong logical thinking, data analysis, and self-driven mindset; excellent communication and teamwork skills; highly curious and eager to learn.
