Define and operationalize scorecards, metrics, and guardrails across productivity, adoption, quality, reliability, and cost. Navigate ambiguity, align senior stakeholders, and turn emerging opportunities into durable multi-quarter execution plans. Communicate progress, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior technical and executive audiences.

Qualifications
Minimum
12+ years of experience as a technical program manager, or related experience.
Significant experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs with company-level impact.
Strong technical fluency in developer workflows, engineering systems, platform/tooling, or software infrastructure.
Track record driving engineering productivity or transformation programs across multiple organizations.
Excellent judgment in balancing speed, quality, safety, and cost.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive influence skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field or equivalent experience.
Preferred
Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools, developer agents, platform adoption, or software delivery transformation is strongly preferred.
