Product Manager, GTM Automation

Block
Bay Area, CA, United States of America / US - NY - Remote2026-06-03

About the job

We are building the automation backbone of Block. The systems you help create will decide how work flows, how decisions are made, and how fast the company can move. This platform powers automation across customer support, risk and compliance, sales and marketing, and core internal operations. When it works, Block scales with confidence, speed, and precision. As a Product Manager on the GTM Platform team, you will shape AI products that fundamentally change how work gets done. You will decide where automation should exist, where humans must stay in the loop, and how the two work together at scale. Your work will directly impact quality, cost, growth, efficiency and reliability across the company.

Design and run experiments to test ideas fast and learn even faster

Define product behavior across success paths, failures, and edge cases

Set and own metrics for accuracy, safety, latency, reliability, and user trust

Work with design to build human-AI interactions that are intuitive, transparent, and safe
