Responsibilities
- Develop tools and intuitive interfaces for robot functionalities
- Work on APIs for authoring, editing, and simulating robot workcells
- Build scalable compute infrastructure for microservices
- Develop perception and vision algorithms, multi-step task planning, motion and grasp planning, and machine learning for contact-rich tasks
- Focus on knowledge and scene representation, Industry 4.0 representations, robot safety, data security and privacy
Qualifications
Minimum
- Proficient in modern software development
- Shipped a significant amount of high-quality software
Preferred
- Interested in making robotics more widely accessible and available for manufacturing
- Enjoy solving hard problems in rich interactive full-stack software, artificial intelligence, and robotics
- Developed (or interested in developing) tools and intuitive interfaces for robot functionalities
