The AI Accelerator Program Manager helps Business Operations teams adopt AI by turning manual, file-based, or prototype workflows into trusted, repeatable AI-assisted processes. This role combines business analysis, financial/operational judgment, AI tooling fluency, stakeholder support, and practical documentation.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand file-based workflows, pain points, business logic, and desired outcomes

Translate ambiguous business processes into structured AI-assisted workflows

Use approved AI tools, prompts, skills, scripts, templates, and lightweight automation to support workflow delivery

Validate outputs against source files, known-good examples, business rules, and reasonableness checks

Document repeatable workflows, human review points, assumptions, limitations, and handoff instructions

Support stakeholder adoption through guidance, troubleshooting, office hours, reusable examples, and playbooks

Identify recurring barriers, tool gaps, and opportunities for reusable Biz Ops AI patterns

Escalate platform, governance, connector, or security issues to the appropriate AI-first, IT, or enterprise support teams

Qualifications

Minimum

1-3+ years of experience in business operations, finance, data analysis, consulting, technical support, or a related analytical role

Strong structured thinking and ability to break messy workflows into clear steps

Strong Excel and file-based analysis skills

Business or financial reasonableness judgment

Hands-on fluency using AI tools to structure work, analyze files, generate reusable instructions, and validate outputs

Clear written communication and documentation habits

Comfort working with scripts, prompts, structured files, templates, and repeatable workflow assets

Preferred

Experience with OpenAI/Codex-style tools

Familiarity with reusable AI skills, agents, prompts, playbooks, or workflow templates

Exposure to Python, SQL, JSON/YAML, markdown, or lightweight automation

Experience with cloud infrastructure, usage, billing, capacity, finance, audit, or operational workflows

Experience supporting internal users through training, enablement, or workflow adoption
