The Role: Lead Workstation Agentic AI Engineer The Team: Endpoint Management is part of the Digital Experience team. Our global team focuses on providing architectural and engineering services for S&P Global’s desktops, laptops, mobile devices, print services, and productivity applications. Responsibilities

Architect and develop advanced vulnerability management solutions using Agentic AI frameworks and machine learning algorithms to automatically identify, prioritize, and orchestrate remediation workflows across enterprise workstation environments

Design and implement automated CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) response systems with real-time threat intelligence integration, including CVSS scoring automation and patch deployment orchestration

Lead technical architecture decisions for endpoint security infrastructure, including integration with SIEM platforms, threat intelligence feeds, and enterprise security orchestration tools

Develop comprehensive vulnerability assessment frameworks using PowerShell, Python, and REST APIs to interface with Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, and third-party endpoint management platforms

Engineer advanced analytics and reporting solutions using data visualization platforms and business intelligence tools to provide executive-level vulnerability posture dashboards and risk metrics

Establish DevSecOps practices for vulnerability management, including CI/CD pipeline integration, automated testing frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code deployment methodologies

Engineering support and engagement with partners and stakeholders.

Collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, Information Security, and Risk.

Ensure product engineering and lifecycle for workstation platforms.

Act as an SME on additional infrastructure projects.

Oversee and help drive the implementation of key enterprise initiatives related to workplace productivity technologies.

Work collaboratively with other members of Workplace Services to influence future technology decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum

Bachelor’s degree preferred.10 or more years of experience providing planning and engineering support for at least one of the end-user computing technologies mentioned above. Strong skills in Agentic AI agent developmentExpertise in Microsoft IntuneProficient scripting skills in managing End User Compute infrastructure and endpointsExperience with:Desktop hardware technology, specifically Dell, Lenovo, and AppleNexthink or similar performance management platformsMobile platforms, Intune, IOS, and AndroidStrong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities and projects.
