Responsibilities

Chart and execute a course for delivering customized, differentiated shopping experiences in different context (e.g., product detail pages, homepage) and for different customer cohorts

Develop a strong collaboration with Amazon Stores partners for prioritization and execution of new product features, CX experiences and monetization strategies

Obsess over your customers and work backwards to define tenets, customer experiences, long-term goals, focus areas and key success metrics.

Develop and present working backwards documents and product plans

Influence senior leaders across Amazon by proactively communicating your vision, reporting plans and progress, and aligning with Amazon's core leadership principles

Qualifications

Minimum

2+ years of end to end product delivery experience

8+ years of technical product or program management experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience technical product management

Preferred

Master's degree or above in computer science or other related discipline

Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Proven track record of complex and creative problem-solving, and the desire to create and build new businesses

Passion for building technology that delivers outstanding customer experiences

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions

Experience with online advertising, search, recommendation, personalization, or e-commerce

Outstanding oral and written communication

Ability to work well with a variety of people ranging in various technical levels

Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for having fun
