We are seeking a Data Scientist to help drive Prime Air’s expansion through applied ML and rigorous experimentation. You’ll work with engineers, analysts, and domain partners to translate customer journey and behavioral data (e.g., clickstream signals) into predictive models, causal insights, and measurable interventions identifying high-opportunity segments, diagnosing adoption friction, and improving reach and conversion. Developing new statistical, causal, and machine learning techniques and develop solution prototypes to drive innovation

Collaborate cross-functionally to deeply understand business requirements, customer needs, and technical constraints

Drive the research, design, and development of novel ML/AI models and systems to power critical products and services

Present insights, recommendations, and results to senior leadership through written reports and verbal presentations, earning trust through clear articulation of data-driven findings and their business impact.
