As KLA HR evolves to leverage AI at scale, this role plays a critical part in extending intelligent automation, decision support, and employee experience capabilities across HR systems and operations. The AI Systems and Operations Specialist will drive AI across HR Systems, Operations, and key HR business processes. Responsible for advancing systems and tools, for improved operational efficiency through AI. It encompasses exploring and benchmarking AI enhancement options, driving technology AI roadmaps, developing solutions, testing and implementation, in partnership with key stakeholders across HR, IT, Legal and Compliance.

Responsibilities

Identify and define high-impact AI use cases across HR functions, translating business needs into viable AI solutions

Benchmark emerging AI capabilities, tools, and market trends to inform enterprise HR AI roadmaps

Prototype, test, and deploy AI solutions within Workday and adjacent HR systems

Implement and sustain AI-powered automations and workflows that improve efficiency and cycle time

Ensure AI solutions align with enterprise AI governance, ethics, security, and compliance standards

Maintain AI documentation, lifecycle management, and audit readiness

Partner with HR Operations to redesign workflows and enable AI adoption

Drive measurable productivity, quality, or experience improvements through AI

Lead and coordinate AI initiatives across HR Systems, Operations, and Analytics portfolios

Qualifications

Minimum

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years

Preferred

Experience with advanced Copilot/agentic automation patterns that scale across the Microsoft Suite and Workday

Experience with AI benchmarking, market trends, and emerging best practices

Understanding of HR processes, employment law fundamentals, and data privacy requirements

Experience applying AI governance and ethics principles (fairness, transparency, security, compliance)

Ability to drive change management for AI adoption in regulated, enterprise environments
