Responsibilities

Architect and build the MLOps backbone of our AI products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Collaborate multi-functionally with team members, designers, and engineers to define and implement technical requirements.

Deploy sophisticated ML models at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and high performance in production air-gapped environments.

Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest ML/AI research into real-world applications.

Lead the data pipeline—from dataset selection and preprocessing to quality assurance and model training.

Lead experimentation and statistical analysis to fine-tune models for optimal accuracy and efficiency.

Mentor and inspire junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications

Minimum

Master's Level Degree and 3 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years; or PhD and 0 years or experience; or equivalent work experience.

Preferred

A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

7+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models for external customers—not just internal tools.

Deep expertise in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.

Proven experience with foundational models and modern AI toolchains.

Strong analytical skills and a track record of solving sophisticated technical problems.

Excellent communication skills—you can explain sophisticated concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated leadership in managing projects or teams, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
