Responsibilities
Design, populate, and govern clinical knowledge graphs and data models to power personalized, user-facing health features
Transform complex, clinician-facing clinical information into clear, actionable, user-friendly content
Contribute to the development of editorial policy, data standards, and data governance processes for the team
Partner with engineering and data science teams to define knowledge representation requirements and evaluate model outputs for clinical accuracy
Apply clinical informatics methods and generative AI to accelerate the creation, enrichment, and scaling of structured clinical knowledge
Qualifications
Minimum
4+ years of experience in clinical informatics or healthcare data applied in a clinical setting
Deep expertise with medical coding standards, such as SNOMED-CT, ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, LOINC, and RxNorm
Proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis and knowledge base management
Strong communication skills, able to bridge clinical, technical, and product audiences
Bachelor/Masters Degree in relevant field
Preferred
Experience on a cross-functional team building digital consumer products
Experience with AI/ML applications in digital products
Experience using AI coding tools
Independent self-starter who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
