We are the Identity and Network Access (IDNA) AI Innovations team — we are redefining what’s possible with AI in enterprise security. As the vanguard of transformation across IDNA, we’re building breakthrough AI agents and user experiences that elevate Zero Trust architectures, collaborating with teams like Security Copilot to pioneer secure AI for the enterprise, and modernizing core services to power the next generation of AI-driven solutions. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a track record of delivering distributed cloud services and passion for solving hard problems. Responsibilities
Design and implement changes across multiple products to increase authentication resilience, including in ambiguous situations.
Proactively identify, prioritize, and address issues in livesite, championing security and quality in all aspects of our product.
Serve as a technical subject-matter-expert in software design and implementation, setting the standard for other engineers to follow.
Author clear and concise documents to drive product strategy, prioritization, & implementation decisions.

Qualifications
Minimum
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 1+ year(s) of cloud infrastructure experience 4+ years of experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, working in Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems
Preferred
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
