As a Product Manager for the GenAI Creation Experiences team, you’ll lead the development, integration, and launch of integrating new forms of inspiration across the creation journey. The team's mission is to empower anyone in the world to express themselves and be their most creative through generative AI tools and capabilities. The team's goal is to lower the barriers to creation by reducing the skill needed to create.
Responsibilities
Own, deliver, and execute the roadmap for relevant and personalized inspiration that drive adoption and repeat genAI creation.
Define the metrics to measure inspiration and adoption performance in production and collaborate with partner teams to come up with a shared understanding of success metrics.
Partner with CoreX, Marketing, Shorts, and other creation product teams across YouTube to optimize and explore new forms of inspiration to drive adoption and repeat creation.
Qualifications
Minimum
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in consumer product management.
1 year of experience taking consumer-facing products from conception to launch.
1 year of experience launching generative AI-powered products.
Preferred
Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
2 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
Experience in user facing launches, with the ability to define key product metrics, use data analysis to identify opportunities, and translate insights into a product roadmap.
Experience with video editing/creation and AI/ML creator tools.
