Responsibilities
Build AI to create and ship tools or processes that set new benchmarks for User Experience (UX) practices.
Leverage the latest AI technologies from process through output to positively shift your team’s velocity and outcomes.
Deliver AI that transforms a human experience for good, packaged in compelling storytelling to evidence a goal of a future state.
Shape the behavior of systems and define their experience requirements to deliver the right outcomes for users.
Create systems that require business logic, blueprinting, and experimentation.
Qualifications
Minimum
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in product design or UX.
5 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams.
Experience building and shipping AI tools.
Preferred
Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
Experience applying AI directly to your design practice.
Experience mentoring and supporting the growth of a cross-disciplinary User Experience (UX) team.
Experience designing a system of business logic and data to render personalized user journeys.
