Responsibilities
Design and implement hardware for a neutral-atom quantum computer apparatus.
Develop error-tailored architectures for quantum computing.
Enable hardware studies to develop accurate error models for neutral-atom physical operations.
Publish and disseminate your research findings.
Collaborate with quantum-error-correction experts at Google Quantum AI.
Qualifications
Minimum
PhD degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
One or more scientific publication submissions for conferences, journals, or public repositories related to quantum.
Preferred
1 year of experience owning and initiating research agendas.
Experience in optical and mechanical design software.
Experience building neutral atom experiments.
Knowledge of computer science.
Ability to collaborate with theorists.
