About the job

In this role, you will join the Google Ads Ad Tools team to improve and enhance external advertiser tools and internal tools for sellers and customers. You will lead cross-functional projects, identify customer and seller needs to drive offerings with Product Management and Engineering, and build the global strategy and roadmap. Additionally, you will partner with Sales, Go-To-Market (GTM), gTech, and Marketing teams to bring products to market by determining product positioning, developing business materials, and partnering with regional teams to set and deliver on goals. You will also develop and execute strategies in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space.

Responsibilities

Identify and size significant problem spaces within the Google Ads ecosystem and develop opportunities to influence stakeholders based on data-driven findings.

Partner with Product Management (PM) and Global Business Organization (GBO) teams to launch and scale new campaign features, growth levers, and AI tooling.

Synthesize feedback from regional teams, sales teams, and advertisers to advocate for market needs and influence the technical development life-cycle.

Define appropriate components and data for systems to meet user requirements and validate system correctness and functionality for advertiser tools.

Travel globally to support sales teams through roadshows and internal/external meetings to drive product adoption.

Qualifications

Minimum

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory roles.

Preferred

Experience with SQL and Big Data frameworks to position product value.

Experience in Google Ads with a passion for AI-driven tooling.

Knowledge of technical development, scoping projects, and managing product launches against constraints.

Ability to define components at scale, APIs, and data, and validate correctness/scalability.

Ability to advocate for users and influence non-technical stakeholders (e.g., Sales) without authority.
