Responsibilities
Design end-to-end experiences for building, managing, and improving AI agents
Translate complex systems into intuitive interfaces across chat, voice, and UI surfaces
Collaborate deeply with engineers and PMs to ship quickly and iterate often
Work directly with users to understand real workflows and pain points
Define and evolve design systems that support AI-native interactions
Use Figma and AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to prototype, explore, and even ship parts of the product
Qualifications
Minimum
4+ years designing and shipping production products
Strong ownership mindset—you drive projects from concept to launch
Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Deep care for craft, usability, and visual polish
Proficient in Figma (or similar) with a strong portfolio
Comfort using modern AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) as part of your workflow
Preferred
Have experience designing AI products or tools
Familiarity with agent-based systems, LLMs, or automation workflows
Experience working closely with engineers or contributing to implementation
