Responsibilities
- Develop AI solutions for Sponsored Brands advertiser and shopper experiences.
- You invent and design new solutions for scientifically-complex problem areas in new business initiatives.
- Develop compelling experiences and rapidly test ideas to grow shopper engagement across Amazon, while driving growth for our advertisers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on fast-paced, challenging projects, experimenting with new possibilities and taking calculated risks.
- Develop product strategies, roadmaps, requirements/prototypes to execute your vision.
- Work closely with science, engineering, design, operations, legal, customer service, and executive teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Leverage your customer obsession, invent & simplify, and analytical skills with high standards.
- Throughout, you will internalize Amazon’s Leadership Principles, and live those into everyday practices to guide your programs to success.
Qualifications
Minimum
- 6+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience technical product management
Preferred
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Bachelor's degree or above in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), or experience in defining and creating benchmarks for assessing GenAI model performance
- Previous AdTech Experience highly preferred. Experience with LLMs preferred.
