Responsibilities

Define product vision and strategy for creative optimization and intelligence systems, creating a clear multi-year roadmap that guides engineering, science, and design efforts across the organization

Own the product definition for closed-loop systems that generate, score, serve, measure, and continuously improve creative performance

Establish quality and performance frameworks that define success across creative quality, advertiser performance, and system efficiency

Drive cross-organizational alignment by influencing priorities and building consensus across multiple engineering, science, and product teams

Communicate strategic narratives to senior leadership, contributing to planning cycles and helping executives understand the long-term opportunity in creative intelligence

Qualifications

Minimum

Bachelor's degree

7+ years of technical product or program management experience

7+ years of end to end product delivery experience

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to work across technical teams (engineering, data science, design) and translate between different disciplines

Preferred

Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements

Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority

Background in AI, machine learning, or optimization systems

Familiarity with advertising technology, creative optimization, or personalization platforms
