About the job

Fire TV is transforming how millions of customers discover and engage with entertainment content every day. We're bringing TV into the AI era — making personalization the heartbeat of how customers experience their living room, and ensuring every surface they touch feels built for them. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Tech to lead Broad Personalization and Re-engagement on Fire TV. In this role, you will own the strategy and customer experience for how Fire TV organizes and ranks content across the home screen and beyond — the systems that decide what customers see first, what they return to, and what they never have to search for again. You will drive the vision for content orchestration, re-engagement and broad personalization features.

Responsibilities

- Own the long-term product vision and strategy for organic page content ranking across Fire TV surfaces.

- Hold the bar for content row ranking across the org — establish best practices, lead cross-team reviews, and ensure new surfaces meet a consistent quality standard before they ship.

- Partner with BI on measurement frameworks for content surface performance, ensuring we have the right signals to evaluate ranking quality and customer impact.

- Lead the strategy for the re-engagement features and the technical system that collects watch history and other signals from partners.

- Ensure broad personalization features scale globally with appropriate localization, closing the gap between US and international customer experiences.

- Translate complex strategies into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, technical complexity, performance, and business impact.

- Own key metrics including re-engagement, content discovery success rates, and customer satisfaction.

- Stay at the forefront of AI/ML advancements in ranking, recommendation systems, and content intelligence.
