As a Prime Video technologist, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our customers. You’ll get to work on projects that are fast-paced, challenging, and varied. You’ll also be able to experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager-T to lead the development and scaling of science-based solutions to derive elements such as ratings, content descriptions, policy elements that power key customer viewing and advertiser brand relevance decisions.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for science-based products and cross-functional AI/ML initiatives for the digital supply chain
- Evangelize model-driven decision-making across partner teams; help establish adoption mechanisms
- Collaborate with applied/data science teams to translate business problems into model requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with product goals
- Work closely with science, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to prioritize features and experiments
- Own the full product lifecycle: from data acquisition, model development, experimentation, evaluation, deployment, and continuous monitoring
Qualifications
Minimum
- 4+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience technical product management
Preferred
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
