About the job
The purpose of the Ops Trust Team is to manage privacy and AI compliance for the Worldwide Operations (WW Ops) Organization. Our focus is to ensure the responsible and compliant use of AI within Ops and that individuals are never surprised by what data we collect, process, and share. Everything we do is with this in mind. This leader acts as an AI compliance/privacy subject matter expert and works with legal and technology to support our strategic vision.
Responsibilities
Expert on Artificial Intelligence and/or Privacy Requirements.
Support development and implementation of Compliant and Responsible AI by Design, Privacy by Design. Develop RAIbD and PbD technical architecture for all newly released applications.
Use RAIbD and PbD standards to assist builders through development.
Work with builders and developers to conduct AI compliance and privacy reviews and guide builders through their design, ensuring that privacy obligations are met.
Develop AI and Privacy Engineering strategy to contribute to the overall Ops Trust strategic vision.
Maintain a strong understanding of AI and privacy regulatory developments and standards.
Manage multiple privacy projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and using data to drive results.
Autonomously perform operational deep dives on AI and privacy-related processes and systems and engineer mitigating measures to produce scalable solutions.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across WW Ops, Legal, and federated AI and privacy teams to ensure AI and privacy are considered in projects and decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum
4+ years of non-internship background in troubleshooting systems issues, analyzing logs, or automating complex tasks using command line tools experience
5+ years of work in identifying security issues and risks, and developing mitigation plans experience
4+ years of (non-intternship) scripting, programming, and security code review in common programming languages experience
Knowledge of at least two of the following programming languages: Scala, Java, Python, C/C++, or Go
Experience (non-internship) in scripting, programming, and security code reviewing in a common programming language
Experience (non-internship) in troubleshooting systems issues, analyzing logs, or automating complex tasks using command line tools
Experience working in identifying security issues and risks, and developing mitigation plans
Experience (non-internship) in industry-based security vulnerabilities identification, attack patterns, and remediation techniques
Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
Preferred
Experience applying threat modeling or other risk identification techniques or equivalent
Experience with security in service-oriented architectures/microservices and web services
