Sr. Software Development Manager, AI Security Tooling

• Drive the development of systems that identify, assess, and mitigate security vulnerabilities across AI infrastructure and applications

• Build automated tools and frameworks that detect risks and implement corrective measures at scale

• Define security standards and engineering practices for AI systems throughout their lifecycle

• Collaborate with security, compliance, and research teams to address evolving threats and challenges

• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing hybrid team of Applied Scientists and Software Development Engineers

• Conduct performance management, career development, and succession planning for team members

• Balance research exploration with engineering execution to deliver both innovative solutions and production-ready systems
