Responsibilities

Work on design and implementation of methods for Visual SLAM, navigation and spatial reasoning

Leverage simulation and real-world data collection to create large datasets for model development

Develop a hierarchical system that combines low-level control with high-level planning

Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to co-design hardware and algorithms for dexterous manipulation

Qualifications

Minimum

PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML or related field experience

Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language

Experience with state-of-the-art in SLAM techniques

Experience with data generation in simulation and real world

Preferred

Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization

PhD in Robotics, with focus on SLAM

Experience in robotic manipulation, LLM, VLA, MPC and RL

Experience with robotics frameworks for fast prototyping (Matlab, ROS, etc.)
