About the job
The EC2 CCX team is searching for a passionate, driven, and talented technical program manager to own customer planning for AWS Trainium, the machine learning chip that AWS purpose built for deep learning training. This role serves as EC2’s primary POC for managing demand intake, organizing supportability scenarios to influence VP+ business decisions, and ensuring infrastructure and EC2 teams execute against global commitments.
Responsibilities
driving key initiatives that support goals/KPIs that are measured and reported to executive leadership
driving process improvements
collaborating with engineering organizations to build new technologies that automate various aspects of EC2 Capacity planning
Qualifications
Minimum
7+ years of technical product or program management experience
10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5+ years of software development experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred
8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
